    These insights will improve your ability to cope with stressful events and situations.

  • No prior diagnosis is needed to begin psychotherapy.

    If you are using insurance to pay for sessions, I will provide a diagnosis to your insurance company.

  • My approach is rooted in Psychoanalytic\Psychodynamic therapy and focuses on the psychological roots of presenting issues \ symptoms. Through self-reflection and self-examination, clients build awareness to internal resources for confronting\coping with stressors.

    I utilize other evidence-based modalities as needed; including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
